Paul Scammell was born in London, England and was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes when he was twelve. In 1989, Paul moved to the US and eventually settled in Palo Alto and San Francisco, California, where he resided until he died in 2006.
The Paul Scammell Foundation is a charitable, tax-exempt, 501(c) (3) organization. It was established in 2007 to keep Paul’s generous spirit alive, and support his love of learning and discovery.
